How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal (after any discounts) is $79 or more. No coupon needed. Orders under $79 ship for a flat $6.95.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we ship within the United States only. Checkout currently can’t ship to Alaska or Puerto Rico; if that’s you, text us before ordering.
Can I return something?
Yes — we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Text, call or email us first so we can send you a return authorization (RMA); returns without one can’t be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 days.
